Returns + Repairs + Resizing

Returns have a 14 day window from the time of receipt. If you’d like to make a return please contact me via email at wyndfallwares@gmail.com.  The item must be returned in original condition. If inventory allows, I may be able to offer an exchange.

If your item arrives damaged please contact me right away via email and I will repair your item for free. Return shipping is on me.

Repairs to items worn and loved are limited due to the nature and fabrication of materials. Please read the care instructions for your piece and treat it with love. Turquoise can be porous and fragile, there is nothing I can do to repair stones if they are damaged. Repair fee for metalwork is $30.

Resizing rings can be tricky business depending on the style of your ring. If your piece contains a stone, that stone has to be removed before any hot work can take place. The process of removing the stone comes with significant risk of damaging to the stone.

Some styles of rings can be stretched between .25-.5 without stone removal or hot work, but can still carry risk of damaging the piece. Resizing fee is $20.
